I first met illustrator and accessory designer Pierre-Louis Mascia last year.
I recently had the chance of seeing him again and was pleased to discover that he added to his Autumn/Winter 2010-11 accessory collection a line of luxurious unisex jumpers.
I also found rather interesting his new collection of scarves that features his own illustrations and the mix of different motifs and prints that he chose for his signature silk and cashmere scarves.
The designer incorporated in the latter images of vintage lace that remind me of bobbin lace (click on the second image - showing a detail of a scarf from Mascia's A/W 2010-11 collection - in this post to get an idea).
Mascia – pictured here next to iron thread portraits by architect and artist Julie Gauthron – will be showcasing his new collection at Paris’ Premiere Classe from 5th to 8th March.
You can read more about Pierre-Louis Mascia's new collection in my interview with him on Dazed Digital.
