Unveiling “Achille’s Echo” by Xavier Brisoux @ The Cité Internationale de la Dentelle et de la Mode, Calais, France

Yesterday's post analysed in depth "Achille's Echo", the new project by knitwear designer Xavier Brisoux. The designs mentioned in that post – "Ache Healing" and "Heel Ache" – have just been unveiled at the Cité Internationale de la Dentelle et de la Mode, in Calais, France.

Brisoux' pieces are part of a wider installation, a retrospective celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Franco-Belgian fashion competition "Vitrine pour un designer", a design event focused on developing a wide range of ambitious projects revolving around textiles, fabrics and fibres.
