Joséphine Baker, Art Deco Face (in A Bucharest Sign…)

Bucharest was once named "the Little Paris" and through the architectural confusion that surrounds you, there are still signs here and there of its Art Deco past. So let's start looking at it with this brief post.

I've recently found in a book the picture I'm enclosing here, it shows an old advertising sign in Bucharest inspired by Joséphine Baker. It looks like a lovely and stylish sign and I would have loved to see the effects the necklace created when it was lit up.
