There was a sort of tropical temperature in my hometown of Pescara during Christmas, so passing through Frankfurt Hahn Airport on my way to Stockholm (more about it later) and seeing the snow was an unusual yet welcomed sight.
What was even more unusual and slightly uncanny, though, was that switching on the TV in the basic yet comfortable hotel in front of the airport, I didn't end
up on an anonymous European sport channel (that's what usually happens to me…) but on TV5 Monde Europe that was broadcasting one episode of Loïc Prigent's Signé Chanel, one of my favourite fashion documentaries.
I absolutely love Prigent's work, also his recent Habillées pour l'été 2010 (Dressed Up for Summer 2010) and, since what I'm going to focus on while in Sweden is connected with fashion, this must be a sign of destiny.
I think I'll definitely take it as a sign of great things to come.
